Our old-school pizza restaurant is named in remembrance of a Barrington institution: Charlotte’s Pizza. Charlotte’s Pizza was renowned for it’s wafer thin crust, fresh cheese, and mouth-watering sauce. The exact recipe for Charlotte’s Pizza remains a mystery; however, after countless delicious experimentation, we believe Remember Charlotte’s pays respectful homage to its inspiration.
